How do I register on the new web store as a new customer?

New customers should click here to register on our new web store. Once you’ve created an account on our web store, all of your information will exist in our on-site system as well. This means, that from this point forward, you can purchase tickets online and never have to stand in a line at our ticket booth.

 

How do I register on the web store if I’ve already purchased one of the new Catamount Direct to Lift Access Cards (RFID) while at the mountain?

Customers that already have an RFID card should click here to create an account on our web store. Once you’ve clicked the link, you’ll just have to input your RFID card number. This pass code can be found on the back of your card underneath the bar code. Enter that pass code into the corresponding box labeled “Pass Code” and click search, then verify the information is correct.

 

What are all these new ticket types? 

Direct Card First Purchase: Will be your ticket for your current and future visits to Catamount and requires a one time $5 fee. This card is comparable in shape and size to a credit card and functions like an EzPass at our new Lift  Gates. As you approach the gate, it will scan your code and the barriers will open allowing you direct access to our lifts. 

Direct Card Reload: This is the ticket that all customers should purchase if they already have their Catamount Direct to Lift Access Card. These tickets can be purchased both on-site and online, purchasing them online will allow you to easily reload your Catamount Direct to Lift Access Card. This then prevents you from having to stand in line at our ticket booth!

How do I purchase a Direct Card?

To purchase an RFID card you must first register your account. Once you’ve registered your account you should then navigate to the “Direct Card” section of our store which is located in the “Products” menu. Once there, click on the product you wish to purchase. This will open the product page. There is a box labeled “Party Member”, if your name is not in that box then you’ve either not registered, or you’re not logged in. Try logging in and see if your name pops up. Once you see your name in that box select it, then click the button labeled “Add To Cart”-it’s that simple!

How do I purchase a Direct Card Reload?

To reload your RFID card you must first register your account. Once you’ve registered your account you should then navigate to the “Direct Card Reload” section of our store which is located in the “Products” menu. Once there, click on the product you wish to purchase. This will open the product page. There is a box labeled “Party Member”. If your name is not in that box, then you’ve either not registered or you’re not logged in. Try logging in and see if your name pops up. Once you see your name in that box, select it, then click the button labeled “Add To Cart”-it’s that simple!

Can I reload my Season Pass?

Yes, you can reload your season pass! Season Pass holders must register their account on the web store. Once registered you should navigate to the section labeled “Summit Pass”. Find the Season Pass that you’d like to purchase and then click on it. Once you’ve selected your name from the “Party Member” box, then click the button labeled “Add To Card”.

How do I purchase products for other people?

Whether you’re purchasing someone their first RFID card, reloading that card or getting them rentals the process starts out the same. Navigate to which ever product(s) you’d like to buy for them click on the product name. You will see the “Party Member” box, directly to the right of that box (or underneath the box) is a button with the “+”. Click that button, this will cause a new window to open. If the person already has a RFID card then you can simply get their pass code number enter it into the box labeled “Pass Code” and click search, make sure all the required information has been input and then click the button labeled “Add New” this will bring you back to the product page where you should click the button labeled “Add To Cart”. If they do not already have their RFID card you will have to fill in this information and then follow the same steps outlined above.
