JUMPS, JIBS, HALFPIPE or BOARDERCROSS – From beginners on up to the region’s top riders, it’s all right here for you at the Cat!

In the Terrain Park we have jumps from small to large in many shapes and sizes. Table-tops, rollers and spines will get you going. The Terrain Park is full of jibs too. With several rails and boxes, jibbers have what they need to show their talents. Whether spinning, sliding or gliding on flat, curved or kinked elements, jibbers go all day and night in the Terrain Park. Pipe riders and twin tippers gravitate and elevate in Catamount’s Halfpipe where you can do your tail-grabbing over the 12 foot walls and drop in from smooth decks for 400 feet of excitement. Boardercross is back and bigger than before with 800 feet of banked turns tracking you down Sunrise. The Junior Jib Park, with an assortment of small jibs, is great for Catamount Terrain Park wannabees looking to make their way to big time thrills. It's located next to the Halfpipe alogside Lower Promenade.

Bragger's Rights Rail Jam Competition

So you competed in the Catamount Friday Night Rail Jam Series this year. Now you can compete for the ultimate in bragging rights in Catamount's Bragger's Rights Rail Jam on Saturday, March 14th at 2pm. Bragger's Rights is a photo op competition where the winner will have their image(s) used in next year's marketing campaign.This competition is open to all who wish to participate but those who competed in the Friday Night Rail Jam Series will have their registration fee waived, but you still need your lift tiket or season pass - for obvious reasons. Registration for all other competitors is $20, plus the cost of your lift ticket or season pass. Registration begins at 12pm at the Snowsports desk, located in the Main Lodge.

After the competition, hang out while we hand out the BIG PRIZES from the Friday Night Rail Jam Series. LIVE music will be performed by THE LIX! and Red Bull will be in attendance as an additional official sponsor for this event.
